3.) Sales

a. Ideally you’re an ex-calibration technician, so you know what it’s like to go onsite, and you know what it takes to do a good job on the calibration itself

b. Our service stands for itself, and we have never felt the need to pressure a client into purchasing our service. We simply follow up at regular intervals to check in, because we know one day, they will have enough of their current calibration company and want something better.

c. We want someone who will under promise and over deliver, and always check with Operations & Fulfillment BEFORE they promise a customer something

d. Fulfillment comes first. Sales comes second.
