What is Accura Calibration?

Accura Calibration is Calibration Company, owned by a service-disabled veteran. The owner has been in the calibration field since 1972, when he enlisted in the U.S. Army and served for seven years.

How fast can you get my equipment back to me?

We Quote three (3) to five (5) working days for any calibration that Accura personnel calibrate. Turn times vary for outsourced units. Sometimes, there are reasons for missing the five (5) day turn time. It may be that a required accessory was not sent in with the unit and the unit could not be calibrated until the accessory was received.

What do I need to do business with Accura Calibration?

You will need to provide us with a list of your test equipment so that we can quote the calibration prices. If you are in our service area, we can pick up and deliver the equipment. If not, you may ship it to us or drop off. If using a purchase order, you will need to have established credit with us, or you may pay by credit card.

What is our service area?

Dallas, Fort Worth and the Mid-Cities is in our pick up area.

What services to you provide existing customers?

Calibration Due Notices: We send out re-calibration notices one month in advance.

ISO Certification: Our certifications meet all the requirements set forth in ISO 9001, for which we are accredited.

Online Cert Retrieval (or call us): We provide a log-in password for CalView, our website where you can see the calibration history of your equipment. You can reprint certifications and do your own re-calibration notices.

Free New Equipment Adds: We also will post any calibration certificates for new equipment that you bought at no cost to you.

Freebies: We often do not charge for equipment that fails calibration and cannot be adjusted. This is on a case by case basis.

Repairs: We do not repair your equipment without your approval and we do not rent equipment, since it could be a conflict of interest in reference to the repairs.

As a note of caution, when the calibration vendor can repair any problem that they find with your equipment, but can never repair problems that you find with your equipment, are you asking why?

Do I need to sign a contract?

No. Most of our customers prefer purchase orders. Purchase orders are a one-time event. We need to do an excellent job every time or you may go elsewhere for you calibration needs. Our customer loyalty is phenomenal.

How do I pay?

With approved credit, our terms are Net 30 and can be paid with company check or credit card (3% convenience fee applies to credit card payments).

What level of calibration do you provide?

We are accredited to ISO 9001. Our standards are traceable to NIST. We do provide before and after data but that service must be requested.

What are your capabilities?

Please see the header on our website. These are not all inclusive. Please call if you need further assistance. Not all equipment can be calibrated on-site. Environmental factors and complexity of calibration standards limit on-site calibrations.
